Tinka is a bright little girl from East Frisia to the north of Germany. She is an original Annette Himstedt Puppen Kinder.
Tinka is 61cm tall and has lovely blue-green eyes. She is five years old.
Over her long, very frizzy red-brown hair (human hair), which is braided in plaits on both sides, she wears a hand made natural coloured crochet bonnet, which is decorated with two lilac-blue flowers, made of silk paper.
In her right hand Tinka holds her woolly white teddy bear on a silk ribbon.
TInka wears hand knitted socks and black patent leather low shoes, with my name engraved in gold on the soles.
Her dress is made of high-quality, exquisitely dyed, pastel green-blue silk. The delicate blue-green cotton gauze has been made exculsively for Tinka in the style of historic material samples from my textile collection. The lace has been designed to match the colour of her dress.
On her arm Tinka wears a year bracelet made of copper.
