TERMS OF PURCHASE:

All products listed on this website are sold in Australian Dollars AUD.

Payment Method:-
All payments are to be made via PayPal. Credit card payments can be made via the PayPal platform.

Lay-by terms:-
Layby may be available upon request. Please apply by filling in the contact us form. We will be in touch with you to negotiate terms of payment.

International buyers:
Overseas buyer will be responsible for all charges that may be payable on imported goods on entry to their respective country.
Overseas Buyers PLEASE USE PAYPAL for all payments.

Please note:- We will not issue any Customs Department Declaration showing a lesser amount than the actual purchase price paid.

Shipping Charges:

Shipping of ALL ITEMS are free of charge WITHIN AUSTRALIA ONLY.

International Shipping and handling charges will vary and are the responsibility of the buyer. We recommend that you check with your Government Authorities as to what duties and charges may apply to goods purchased from Australia, prior to purchase. Please contact us via our contact us form if you would like a quote to ship your item to an international destination.

In the case of some of the Annette Himstedt dolls, they may be too large to export outside of Australia.

Returns Policy:
All goods will be thoroughly checked prior to shipping to avoid any risk of faulty products being dispatched.

We must be advised immediately by email if any damaged goods are received. Goods cannot be returned because the buyer has had a change of mind. Shipping costs for the return of goods is at the buyer’s cost.

Insurance:

All goods will be covered by insurance (at the buyers cost) unless requested otherwise. However insurance from Australia is not available to all overseas countries The buyer will be contacted by email if no insurance is available for authority to continue with the purchase or cancel it. Goods that are not insured cannot be returned.
