All of our products offered for sale are new unless otherwise shown by us to be a secondary sale.

As you will note from our site, many of our collector items, for example, Annette Himstedt dolls and Little Folk teddy bears, are no longer manufactured and as such once sold cannot be re-stocked by us to fulfill any further orders.

We shall reply to your email within 24 hours confirming that the stock is still available and re-confirm the price of the item and the freight costs involved. We shall hold that stock item for a further 24 hours to give you time to make your purchase. For residents living outside of Australia, the price shown will be reduced by 10% as the Australian Government “Goods and Services Tax” does not apply.
